We’re smack bang into the Torquay winter and your skin is probably feeling extra under-nourished and in need of some real attention! Listed is some tips and beneficial health advice that you all may need some reminding of!
1. We all know this one.. Don’t Smoke
2. Yes it’s hard for you socialites but limit Alcohol or just be better and have non at all!
3. Get plenty of sleep at least 8 hours per night your skin will thankyou!
4. Avoid the Sun during peak times. Even in winter watch the UV index.
5. Follow your skin care with a broad spectrum SPF with both UVA and UVB protection.
6. Get your eyes checked regularly to eliminate squinting wrinkles.
7. Cleanse every day, exfoliate twice per week, pop a face mask on weekly.
8. Schedule a Spa Day
9. Remove Make-up before sleeping. A big MUST.
10. Eat Organic, local, fresh, seasonal produce when ever possible and non GMO foods.
11. Eliminate trans fats and sugars as much as possible.
12. Exercise regularly. 30 mins daily (if you can) and produce at least a light sweat.
13. Dispose of old make-up & applicators every 6-12 months and every 3 for eye make-up.
14. Drink plenty of pure filtered Water at least 2 litres daily.
15. Meditate and practice relaxation techniques. Even if its regular Massage.
